A diagnosis is not required to begin therapy. Many clients seek support during times of uncertainty or transition.

Hazel & Teal Therapy is committed to providing accessible and affordable therapy in Ontario, offering virtual therapy services for individuals, parents, parents to be and families.
Current therapy fees are:
Individual therapy: $160 per 55-minute session
Family sessions: $220 per 80-minute session
All therapy services are provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario holding a Masters of Social Work. Receipts are issued after each session for insurance reimbursement.
Many extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover services delivered by Registered Social Workers, including virtual therapy sessions. Coverage varies by insurance provider and plan, so clients are encouraged to confirm details directly with their insurer.
Virtual therapy offers a flexible and cost-effective option for clients across Ontario, reducing travel time and increasing access to care.

You’re welcome here at any stage of parenthood or transition—there’s no “right time” to reach out. We know that the postpartum experience doesn’t simply end after the first year. We also believe that you don’t need a formal mental health diagnosis to deserve care and no referral is needed to work with a therapist at Hazel & Teal Therapy.
